Women in Toys, Licensing & Entertainment Welcomes Five New Board Members
New York, June 8, 2023 — Women in Toys, Licensing & Entertainment (WiT) is pleased to announce the appointment of five accomplished industry leaders to its Board of Directors. With their wealth of experience and commitment to WiT’s vision and values, these exceptional women are poised to play a pivotal role in further shaping the strategic direction and driving the mission of the organization.
The following new board members will serve a three-year term, beginning on July 1, 2023:
Deirdre Cross - General Manager, Head of Funko Games
Ehi Oviasu-Kahn - Principal, Little Art
Lisa Gilbert - President US & Canada Commercial, Hasbro, Inc.
Menal McGrath - SVP Global Licensing, Dan Dee International
Stephanie Bailey - Vice President, Global Toys, Paramount

With the addition of these new board members, WiT will continue to make a transformative impact on the industry, further strengthening its position as a catalyst and change agent for the advancement of women in the toy, consumer products, licensing and entertainment industries.

Founded in 1991, Women in Toys, Licensing & Entertainment (WIT) / The WIT Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to advance women through leadership, networking and educational opportunities. WIT serves and supports women at all stages of their careers, from entrepreneurs and startups to seasoned industry veterans. The WIT Foundation grants scholarships to deserving students enrolled in industry-related undergraduate programs.
