Tell us about your career journey and how you ended up here.
Started as a speech pathologist in the schools, a management trainer at Solomon Brothers, an AVP recruiting MBAs at Drexel Burnham. Started my business, DiResta Communications Inc, specializing in Executive Presence through presentations, communication and media training. I've spoken on 4 continents been featured on CNN and authored my book, Knockout Presentations. I'm a Certified Speaking Professional Speaker and a Certified Virtual Presenter.

Tell us about a time when you thrived at work, and what you learned about yourself from that experience.
During the financial crisis I was doing the spiritual inner work. As a result, I was invited to work in Egypt for 2 weeks. I experienced the power of thoughts to create a positive experience.Difficult times are temporary.
What is your favorite part of your job?
Developing people, seeing their transformations, and meeting interesting people.
How about when you "turn off" and go home? Any hobbies or fun activities you are involved in?
I love to read, walk in the park and during the winter I take up knitting.

I grew up in a military family and lived in Germany as a child. I'm married and a kidney ambassador for my husband who got a kidney in November of 2020.
