About the Role

As the Toy Sales Director for Amazon, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share within the Amazon marketplace. You will lead the strategy and execution of sales initiatives for our portfolio, ensuring that our brands achieve their full potential on one of the largest and most dynamic e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem, and a proven track record in sales leadership within the toy industry.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on e-commerce and the toy industry.

 Experience with Amazon Vendor Central preferred

 Knowledge of toy industry trends and consumer behavior preferred

 Familiarity with Amazon’s promotional tools and advertising options preferred

 Proven track record of success in managing and growing sales on Amazon or similar e-commerce platforms.

 Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform, including its algorithms, tools, and advertising solutions.

 Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

 Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

 Advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 Excellent organizational and time management skills.

 Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

 Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware.

 Occasional travel as needed.

 Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
