Job Summary: ThinkFun, a leading innovator in games and toys, is seeking a dynamic and experienced International Marketing Manager. This role is pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies across North American and international markets. The ideal candidate will lead the creation and adaptation of marketing assets for global markets, drive marketing activations in North America, and oversee the execution of key events. Additionally, the role requires meticulous management of the company's digital presence, including website updates and maintaining accurate product information across databases. Requirements
Key Responsibilities: • Global Asset Development: o Develop and adapt marketing assets tailored to different international markets ensuring brand consistency, including product photography, lifestyle photography, and video assets. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure assets meet the needs of global distribution channels. • North American Marketing & Activations: o Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns and activations specifically for the North American market. o Maintain and edit e-commerce listings for product accuracy. o Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes. o Drive communication for product availability o Ship samples as needed. • Marketing Planning & Execution: o Develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals and market trends. o Lead the execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media. • Event Planning & Management: o Organize and manage industry events, trade shows, and product launches, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and maximizing exposure. o Coordinate with event vendors and partners to deliver seamless and impactful experiences. • Digital Presence & Website Management: o Oversee regular updates to the ThinkFun website, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with marketing campaigns. o Collaborate with internal teams to enhance website functionality and user experience. o Build a schedule for Social Media posts, both static and video, and report on performance. • Product Information & Database Management: o Ensure the product information management (PIM) and SharePoint are up-to-date, accurate, and accessible for internal teams and global partners. o Manage the flow of product information across various platforms, supporting global sales and marketing efforts. • Meetings o Attend product development meetings and updates o Contribute a marketing and creative perspective in product development, taking into account consumer reaction to previous products. o Attend regular meetings with various North American colleagues within Ravensburger and international meetings with the global teams. o Some travel is required, both nationally and internationally. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience will substitute for a degree. • 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or marketing operations, preferably in entertainment, games, toys, or consumer goods industry. • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple regions. • Strong project management skills with experience in event planning and execution. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a strong understanding of website management. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
