She is known to drive results through her collaborative and open minded approach, which has won her several awards with Walmart Canada over the years.

Currently, Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for Supply Chain Integration at Spin Master, she leads the end-to-end supply chain integration process for M&A

transactions, driving strategic advantages for the company. She excels in redefining supply chain operating models and organizational structures, leveraging talent, technology, and leading practices to optimize operations.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Sonia is a mom of 3 children. She understands the importance of work-life balance and brings a unique perspective to her role. As an independent contractor for Soho House Toronto, Sonia actively mentors the Soho House community and the Monday Girl community.
