Stephanie Bailey

Stephanie Bailey is a toy person through and through. She started her career at FAO Schwarz, where she played an integral role in the Toys“R”Us acquisition of FAO Schwarz. She went on to positions of

increasing responsibility at Toys Toys“R”Us, across several merchandise categories, ultimately becoming a Divisional Business Manager for Babies”R”Us.

Since 2018, Stephanie has used her industry experience to bring joy to kids through licensing, most recently as Vice President, Global Toys at Paramount. Across her career, Stephanie has helped dozens of toy companies successfully launch their products and brands. She also actively contributes to the industry through her role as a Trustee of the Toy Foundation and as New York chapter co-chair for Women In Toys, where she develops fresh programming that delivers on the organization’s mission, particularly in areas of mentorship and diversity and inclusion.

Stephanie is passionate about making kids happy and is always eager to share her expertise to help others find success in the toy industry. She is committed to driving meaningful industry change through leading by example and growing collaboration across organizations to influence the evolution of equitable workplaces.
