With a career spanning over two decades in the corporate sector, Nancy has honed her skills in strategic planning, relationship management, and innovative event execution. Her dedication to creating memorable experiences and meaningful connections has consistently elevated Mattel's brand presence and reinforced its commitment to making a difference in the world.

Nancy’s leadership extends beyond Mattel, as she is deeply involved in global philanthropic efforts. She serves as a Board member for the Present Now Foundation, and on the Corporate Advisory Boards of Save the Children US and the Good+ Foundation. In these roles, she champions causes that promote education, girl empowerment, health, and wellbeing, contributing to meaningful social change.

Her achievements have been widely recognized, including a Women in Toys, Licensing and Entertainment award for Social Responsibility, an Icon Award from the GenHERation Foundation, and the Mattel Chairman’s Award in 2023. Nancy currently serves as the executive sponsor for the Mattel Playmakers ERG which creates playful experiences for Mattel employees and their families.  Under her guidance, Mattel has forged impactful partnerships with nonprofit organizations, leveraging its engaged volunteers and iconic products to deliver resources and create lasting impact across the globe.
