Walmart is looking to grow their women-owned businesses from current suppliers and new suppliers! To qualify, you must be:
- A paid-up WIT member
- A woman-owned business
- Have a manufactured product(s)
- Be pre-approved and able to fulfill Walmart’s supplier requirements.
If you would like to do business or expand your business with Walmart, register by January 15th for YOUR 15-20 minute Walmart PITCH Meeting! A designated area has been reserved for all registered and approved PITCHES! We can help you de-mystify the process of working with Walmart, help you prepare for your Walmart meeting and walk you through so you know what to expect. WIT will arrange private meeting rooms for registered and accepted suppliers during Toy Fair for YOUR 15-20 minute Walmart pitch.

Pitch Your Products!
If you are a woman-owned business with a manufactured product or product line(s), and you’re in NY during Toy Fair, February 11, 2013, we would be happy to add your name to the list of companies who would like 15-20 minutes to present products to Walmart. Pitches will take place in a designated meeting area. You don’t need to be an exhibitor, but, you do need to be a paid-up WIT member!
If you’re interested in arranging a pitch to demonstrate your products to Walmart, follow these 4 easy steps:
1) APPLY! Right click to download and fill out the Walmart PiTCH! Official Application Form.
Email the Walmart Pitch Application to PBecker@BeckerAssoc.com with “WALMART PITCH” in the subject line. In the email please Include: your name, company name, product names (up to 5), email, cell phone, and 3 preferred times to meet on February 11th between 1-5pm. DUE BY JANUARY 15th
2) SCHEDULE A PiTCH TIME! Suggest 3 Meeting Times.
Email Meeting Times to Patti Saitow at patti.saitow@yahoo.com with the subject line: WALMART PiTCH SCHEDULING! Times are FEB 11 @ 1pm, 1:20pm, 1:40pm, 2, 2:20pm, 2:40pm, 3pm, 3:20pm, 3:40pm, 4pm, 4:20 or 4:40pm. DUE JANUARY 15th
3) LEGAL AGREEMENT.

Email the Agreement to Stephanie Pottick, Esq. at stephanie@potticklaw.com with the subject line: WALMART PiTCH! TEMPLATE. Due by January 15th.
4) PRODUCT SUBMISSION TEMPLATE.

Email the Product Offer to Amy Pennington at amy@paradise-horses.com with the subject line WALMART PiTCH TEMPLATE! Due by January 15th.
All suppliers with products selected by Walmart will be expected to fulfill appropriate Walmart supplier guidelines. Selected presenters will be guided through the process but for more information, see: http://corporate.walmart.
You will be notified if you are selected for the WALMART PiTCH. Unfortunately, not all interested candidates may be selected to Pitch.
